With over 20 years' experience coaching, facilitating, and supporting groups and individuals in personal and professional growth, I combine the most powerful transformative tools I know to help my clients clarify and reach their goals. My approach is holistic, focused on mind, body, heart and spirit. I’m passionate about helping my clients get unstuck, transform limiting beliefs and behaviors, and live into their full potential as human beings.

In addition to my coaching practice, I also facilitate leadership training, professional development, and organizational development seminars in partnership with CrossGroup.

I’m new to Coaching AND/OR Repatterning - what should I expect?

As your coach, it’s my job to help you reach your goals. A life coach helps you live better in any area of your life: relationships, work, well-being, etc. I combine coaching and healing techniques because I have found this to be the most effective way to generate lasting positive change. One way to say this is that while traditional coaching focuses on the mind—beliefs, mindset, habits, and so on—my approach integrates wisdom from your mind, body, emotions, and intuition, or the whole you.

My process helps you:

  • identify where and why you’re stuck

  • release negative beliefs, behaviors and patterns

  • take action toward living your most true and joyful life

  • align your subconscious/unconscious mind with the change you want to create

This work results in fast, powerful and permanent shifts.

How should I get ready For a Session?

Think about what you most want to change. Sometimes you may have a specific issue, and other times you may just feel “off.” You can come with an intention, a problem, or a challenge you’re facing: nothing is too big or too small.

Our time together is an investment in yourself and your highest potential. You are worth it!

How many sessions Will it take?

I want you to walk out of every session feeling better. Everyone moves at their own pace, but my clients tell me they feel more lightness, peace, and positivity after their first session.

You can purchase individual sessions or packages of 4. For new clients, I recommend starting with a package of 4 sessions scheduled once a week or once every two weeks. Commitment to yourself and consistent support lead to lasting change.
